Should you really match online prices? Is a flat 2x markup “good enough”? Would moving everything to an online pharmacy solve your margin problems? And once you set your pricing… can you just leave it alone?

Many practices operate on pricing habits that feel safe – but may be quietly costing thousands in lost margin each year. In this session, we’ll challenge some of the most common assumptions about veterinary pricing and show how those decisions affect margins, inventory flow, and client behavior.

If pricing has ever felt confusing, inconsistent, or reactive – this session will give you a clearer framework.
