We built the mobile version of Inventory Ally to support how inventory really works in a veterinary hospital: in treatment rooms, storage closets, surgery, and everywhere in between. With this update, you can manage inventory as you move through the day, staying connected and in control no matter where you are.

How it Works
Here’s what the mobile experience lets you do right now:
- Add items to your Want List — see something low? Tap and it’s added.
- Use the Pill Counter — snap a photo and let the app do the math.
- Update on-hand quantities — make real-time changes while walking the floor.
- Stay synced — everything connects seamlessly with your desktop dashboard.
These features are live and ready to use for all registered users.
Let the Pill Counter Do the Math
One of the most exciting parts of the mobile version is the built-in Pill Counter — a tool designed to save time, reduce errors, and make counts a whole lot easier.
Just open the counter, snap a quick photo of the pills, and let Inventory Ally do the rest. No more squinting at piles or second-guessing your count. It’s fast, accurate, and fits right into your existing workflow.

How to Use It
If you’re already using Inventory Ally, here’s how to get started on mobile:
- Open Chrome or Safari on your phone
- Go to my.inventoryally.com
- Log in with your usual credentials
